TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Parties and Scope
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute an agreement between you (“you,” “User,” or “Participant”) and the Center for Living Systems Psychologies (“CLSP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of our website, programs, online courses, events, newsletters, and other services offered by CLSP (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our Services.

2. Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher) and have legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Registration, Access, Payment & Refunds
3.1 Registration. Some Services require registration, creation of an account, or payment. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, and to update it as necessary.
3.2 Access. Upon registration and payment (if required), you will receive access rights to the Services as outlined in the relevant program materials. Access is personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive, unless otherwise stated.
3.3 Payment. All fees for paid Services are as stated at time of purchase and are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise in program materials.
3.4 Refunds. Any refund policies are communicated in program-specific materials. CLSP reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule courses or events; in such cases, CLSP’s liability is limited to the refund of fees paid for the affected Service.

4. Use of Services & User Obligations
4.1 Acceptable Use. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes, in accordance with all applicable laws. You shall not:

  • Share your login credentials or access rights with others.

  • Copy, modify, redistribute, or exploit material from the Services for commercial purposes without express written permission.

  • Engage in disruptive behaviour, harassment, or other misconduct during live sessions or in community spaces.
    4.2 Content. You are responsible for all content you upload, submit, or share via the Services (“User Content”). You grant CLSP a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish or display User Content in connection with provision of the Services and CLSP’s mission. You warrant that your User Content does not infringe third-party rights or applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by CLSP (text, audio, video, diagrams, trademarks, etc.) are the intellectual property of CLSP or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works, or publicly display the material without CLSP’s prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
6.1 No Professional Advice. The Services are educational and experiential in nature. They do not constitute professional psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice. If you require such advice, please consult a qualified professional.
6.2 Warranties. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” CLSP makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied.
6.3 Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CLSP’s total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in question, or if none, the amount of US$$100. In no event shall CLSP be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless CLSP and its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns from any claim, demand, liability, damage or expense (including reasonable attorney-fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of applicable law.

8. Privacy

9. Termination
CLSP may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your rights to access will cease immediately; you must stop using the Services and destroy any downloaded materials. Clauses that by their nature survive termination (e.g., Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification) will remain in full effect.

10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on our website and updating the “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
